These terms apply to all goods and any repair services supplied by Prolight Direct Ltd to consumers and businesses.
– Goods you purchase must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
– If goods are faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the law.
– You have a short-term right to reject faulty goods and obtain a full refund for up to 30 days from when you took ownership.
– After the first 30 days, we may offer to repair or replace faulty goods. If repair or replacement fails, you still have the right to a refund or price reduction.
– Provide proof of purchase.
– Contact us as soon as you discover the issue.
– Return goods if asked; return costs will apply.
– Contact us within 14 days to request return authorization.
– Goods must be in original, unopened, undamaged condition.
– A 25% restocking fee will apply; shipping costs are non-refundable.
– Refund issued after inspection.
– We may repair, replace, or refund once the fault is confirmed.
– Refunds for faulty goods.
No refund, repair, or replacement if:
– Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, or improper storage.
– You knew about the fault before purchase.
– Goods modified or repaired by you or others without agreement.
Within 30 days: full refund or repair/replacement.
30 days–6 months: repair/replacement, then refund/price reduction if unsuccessful.
