If you are dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered we will exchange them or give a refund subject to a 20% re stocking fee provided the goods are returned to us in their original condition (sealed), with all labels intact, in a re-saleable condition within 28 days. As soon as we receive the goods we will endeavour to process your request for either a refund or replacement, as quickly as possible. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
